Yeah... Color me as surprised as you. I only just discovered this.
So it seems that there was originally an Anastasia ED in the game, but it was never used. When the Spanish community was creating a translation patch for the game, it was discovered. And the datamined conversation was revealed in late 2018.
I got this information from here.
There is also a video where the game was hacked to forcibly replay the ED (in Spanish), but the video is unlisted for some reason, so I'm not going to link to it.
Also, as you may expect, as this is an unused ED, there is no CG.
I'm not going to waste time saying too much, but you know the usuals about fan-translation. As long as you get the idea of what is going on.
I have never played the localized version, so if there are some special speech patterns or ways a character calls another, I probably didn't catch those parts.
Also, I wasn't really sure how to translate my-pace, which is a Japanese English phrase, so I left it as that.

Stella Glow: Did you know? (Titles of BGM)
It was recently found out by coincidence, but if you go to Jasrac's website
http://www2.jasrac.or.jp/eJwid/main.jsp?trxID=F00100
and type in ステラグロウ (the Japanese title) into the product name box, it will bring out the registered BGM for the game that Jasrac owns(?)
Since there is no soundtrack or in-game music room, this was actually the first time people found out the official names for the titles of the BGM.
That said, there is nothing that indicates what the BGM is for, as the only information is the title. Though some can be guessed. Here they are:\
PS: Sometimes the font goes weird because I copied the text and Blogger did stuff with that font
PPS: I might organize this in a better documented manner tomorrow or so

Stella Glow: Translated Song Lyrics, Stats
About stats:
-To give a good idea on how a character's stat will grow and how they compare to other characters
-I chose 45 because that is the highest level the game suggests at any one time
About multipliers:
-I attacked an enemy in various ways and used the basic normal attack as the base for how much damage a move would do (compared to it).
Magic and Physical attacks are two different things, but the same character is using both, so it should still help give an idea on the damage difference
-Does not take into account defense negation, critical hits
-I don't have the English names right now
About song lyrics:
-I translated them on my interpretation of the story/meaning of the songs
-The Japanese lyrics come from other people listening and writing down what they think is being said, meaning it could be wrong, though I have checked and chose what I thought was right
-Credit of most of the Japanese lyrics go to 2ch's thread for this game
-Translating anime -> Easy, translating light novels -> Meh, translating poetic works -> Gyaaaah!
Don't forget you can right click -> view images, etc. to expand them to their original sizes, because they will probably be too small without doing so.

Stella Glow: Review
So finally finished the game, so my thoughts...
And before I start, let's just say I liked the game enough to pre-order the ENGLISH version for the pre-order bonuses. Not that I can play the actual cartridge because of region lock, but oh well, sacrifices are needed sometimes.
