Game Sales of the Week (8/13/14)

Well, at least it was more exciting of a week than the last?




-Holiday/Summer does its job(?) and Nintendo sees a boost. Older games like Pokemon XY, Mario Kart 7, and Youkai Watch pop up at the bottom of the list.

-Youkai Watch 2 reaches the 2 million mark this week!

-Dragonball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 comes in 3rd with 80,000+
The first Ultimate Mission game for the 3DS did 90,000+, so it was a slight but not so bad drop.

-Senran Kagura 2 in 2nd with 46,000+
The original was in the 53,000 area while the Burst version saw 70,000+.
From the Burst perspective, it looks like quite a drop, but considering the amount of games available now and what happened around the release of Burst, I wouldn't find this drop surprising

-Ultra Street Fighter IV also near the top with 42,000+
 Street Fighter IV was in the 84,000 range
Super Street Fighter IV was around 80,000
I assume Ultra Street Fighter is a boosted version of 4? I guess Super was good enough to satisfy the fans or something, but Super -> Ultra does not see the steadiness of Original -> Super.

-Other than that, nothing too exciting. A PS3-Vita multi, something by Furyu, Dragon Quest (yet another version of 10), and another release of Bravely Default.
