But I guess there are a couple of things to point out...
-Animal Crossing remains steady, allowing it to return to 1st as the other games drop out
-Paper Mario 3DS passes the half million mark
-Taiko no Tatsujin 3DS and Inazuma Eleven 3DS pass 400,000... AND TOUSOUCHU TOO!
-Hardware-wise,
-3DS as incredibly steady as ever
-Vita remains in 4 digits despite a couple of new games coming out, including the hyped (*snort*) Monster MonPiece, which is a surprise
-WiiU continues to drop, but this is expected until new games come out. But at this rate, it will reach 4 digits next week?!
3DS LL | 48,226 |
---|---|
3DS | 26,898 |
PS3 | 18,322 |
Wii U | 13,746 |
PSP | 12,897 |
Vita | 9,748 |
Wii | 2,093 |
Xbox 360 | 611 |
Animal Croosing 3DS is going to surpass the millon of sales soon, but it's not surprising; I'm looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteI thought Demon Gaze was to be a sales' success because of its potential the first week, but it was passed by Gintama PSP... Vita's future will be very brilliant...
Anyway, Serenade, what game of 3DS do you recommend to me?
I can only recommend games I have bought, but all of my games are JP, so what I recommend is not necessarily available elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteFor ones I know will come out in America for sure, I recommend:
Kid Icarus
Mario Kart 7
Etrian Odyssey 4
There has been no announcement for a localization, but if you can play a JP 3DS, I also recommend Culdcept 3DS.
Culdcept DS is non-region locked DS game, so you could always try that out to see what Culdcept is like.
Oh, I have a JP 3DS because of the hundred of games that don't get out of Japan, and I see you have experience with that games. I decided to buy specific japanese 3DS games, because visual novels take all my money.
ReplyDeleteObviously, Kid Icarus, Mario Kart 7 and the others will be bought when they come out in America or Europe.
I haven't bought or played a visual novel in a long time... On top of being long, they take up space on the computer and if I want a story, I prefer novels or light novels.
DeleteThat, and if I wanted to spend money on a game, I'd buy a 3DS game instead or save up for a WiiU.
It's true they need a lot of space on the computer, but it's also true that there are amazing stories. Light novels are very concentrated in my opinion.
DeleteRecently novels have a cliche story with a poor plot where the characters didn't develop well. Therefore, I prefer old novels that didn't lose its essence.
